According to the publication, this guide to the nation’s top dealmakers is created through a curation of submissions and original research into the lawyers leading the biggest and most impactful deals of the prior year in particular. Lawyers are vetted by an editorial board of their peers. This year’s dealmakers are 33 percent women and 20 percent inclusive.
