ORLANDO - Bernandino Exposito filed a lawsuit on Dec. 22 in Orange County Circuit Court against Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc. for negligence.
According to the lawsuit, on Aug. 13, 2019, Exposito was at the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts and walking off to exit a ride when he was electrocuted and sustained severe medical injuries resulting in the need for medical treatment.
Exposito was caused to suffer severe personal injury, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of past wages, loss of wages and earning capacity in the future, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, loss of the enjoyment of life and inconvenience.
