TAMPA - The Law Offices of Alexander E. Borell filed a complaint on September 24 in Hillsborough County Circuit Court against Tatianna Sierra for libel.
According to the complaint, on July 18, 2019, Sierra hired Borell to represent her in a debt lawsuit, which resulted in a mediation and settlement. The settlement agreement pursuant to said mediation was signed by Sierra freely and voluntarily and she made representations that she was completely satisfied with the settlement of said matter, Borell says.
On September 24, 2019, Sierra placed a review on Google, stating that Borell had ripped her off, stolen her money and essentially done nothing for her in the case. Borell claims that the review has negatively impacted his business.
Borell seeks actual, compensatory, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys fee's and cost of suit. Borell is represented by Carlos Manuel Cabral.
