His session titled, "Compliance in Charitable Planning: The View from the Attorney General's Office," will discuss the role of the State Attorney General in charitable planning issues and tax-exempt organizations. This presentation will give critical insight on the regulator's perspective on utilizing recommended practices and policies, improving compliance and dealing with ethical issues and oversight.
