Her primary focus is negotiating, structuring, and amending the governance documents for golf, tennis, marina, polo, spa and fitness, tennis, and dining clubs as well as the merger, licensing, marketing, management, and consumer documents necessary for residential and resort communities, mixed-use projects, community associations, condominiums and timeshare developments, and clubs of all types.
