A lawsuit arose in the Orange County Circuit Court after a man was allegedly gored to death by a bull at a rodeo in June of 2020.

According to the complaint filed on April 1 by plaintiff and estate representative Juan Morales Rodriguez, decedent Marcos Morales Rodriguez was a spectator at a rodeo hosted by defendant Producciones Solo Inc., where the plaintiff says the decedent was invited or allowed to assist in unloading the bulls into the arena and then enter the arena and participate in the rodeo.

While in the arena, a bull allegedly escaped its pen and gored the decedent; the plaintiff complains that over 20 minutes passed before any staff of the defendant called 911.

Rodriguez died as a result of his injuries.

The rodeo manager is accused of negligence. The plaintiff is represented by Meyers and Stanley of Orlando.
