Nelson Mullins Fort Lauderdale partner Michael Lessne has been selected to participate in Leadership Florida’s Connect Class 11, a program that selects a class of diverse leaders to participate in programming and experiences with the goal of becoming educated, engaged, and inspired to make Florida a better place while forming lifetime connections and bonds among classmates.
Lessne is a commercial litigator and bankruptcy and creditors' rights and restructuring attorney, providing counsel to businesses and individuals in various restructuring and insolvency matters. He has been recognized by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business for his South Florida Bankruptcy/Restructuring practice (2020) and has received the Daily Business Review's On the Rise Award (2019). He is a graduate of both Leadership Fort Lauderdale and Leadership Broward.
