Attorney General Ashley Moody issued the following statement on the U.S. Senate confirmation of former Florida Supreme Court Justice Robert Luck to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit:

I want to congratulate Judge Robert Luck on his confirmation to the 11th Circuit.
