ORLANDO — An Orlando resort club owner is suing a client, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment in failing to pay more than $32,000.

The Reunion Club of Orlando LLC filed a complaint Feb. 1 in Orange County Circuit Court against Impact Golf LLC, alleging failure to perform its contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, Impact Golf contracted the Reunion Club for the use of its resort on Dec. 11, 2013. As a result of the defendant's breach, the suit says, the plaintiff has been damaged for not receiving full payment to the good and services it provided to Impact Golf.

The plaintiff alleges Impact Golf, despite numerous demands for payments, has failed and refuses to make full payments of its $32,640.86 debts.

The Reunion Club or Orlando seeks trial by jury, damages of $32,640.86, exclusive of interest, attorney fees, and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Troy R. Lotane, Anthony J. Steele, Marcus Ray Steverson, Steve C. Davis, Jonathan J. Keene, Adekemi Akinwole, Michel Watson and Carroll Sanders of Lotane & Associates PA in Cocoa.
