Orange County used car dealership alleges customer owes $18.000

ORLANDO — An Orange County used car dealership is suing a buyer, alleging breach of a retail installment contract and security agreement in failing to pay more than $18,000.

V&B Auto Sales Corp. filed a complaint Feb. 1 in Orange County Circuit Court against Yusman Larosa Gonzalez, alleging the buyer failed to perform his contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 11, 2018, Gonzalez went to V&B Auto Sales and purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry for $18,093.36. The plaintiff alleges Gonzalez responsible has failed to make the installment payments due under the agreement and all payments due as required in the contract.

V&B Auto Sales seeks trial by jury, damages in excess of $15,000, exclusive of court costs, interest and attorney fees and all other just and appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney Jesus Irizarry of Irizarry Mendez PL in Orlando.
