Clausen Miller is proud to announce that Daniel Tamaroff has joined the Firm’s Florida office as a Partner. Daniel is located in the West Palm Beach area and has extensive litigation experience throughout South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. The establishment of our South Florida operations follows the opening of Clausen Miller Florida in Tampa and Orlando shortly thereafter.
Daniel is an experienced litigator licensed in Florida and Texas. Daniel focuses his practice on first-party property insurance coverage and defense, third-party liability defense, and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was in-house litigation counsel for a Florida domestic property insurer and before that, a Partner at a large and well-regarded Florida-based law firm. Aside from his focus on liability and insurance defense, he has also represented clients in state and federal litigation involving breach of contract, negligence, and wrongful death, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), intellectual property litigation and transactional matters.
