Cozen O’Connor’s Intellectual Property Department was recently ranked by World Trademark Review 1000. According to the publication, Cozen O’Connor scores a 10 out of 10 from clients, as one espouses: “We struggled along with several other high-profile service providers but failed to find consistent and reliable representation and the level of responsive we’d like – that was until we asked Cozen O'Connor to take the reins.”

WTR 1000 also recognized the department’s co-chair, Camille Miller, for her work in building relationships with clients saying she “has a very close-knit and effective group with the critical mass to handle very complicated and time-sensitive matters. Camille and her team are devoted, thorough, creative, and service-minded and represent tremendous value for money. Camille stays on top of issues and keeps her clients up to date and informed. She offers sound and strategically clever ideas and is just a wonderful individual personally and professionally.” Camille “leads by example, producing excellent results for Beachbody, Celgene, and Endo Pharmaceuticals, all of which instruct her on myriad trademark and IP matters.” Patrick Gallagher was also recognized and described as “extremely bright and really up on everything happening in trademark law, which makes him great to use as a sounding board.”

Camille concentrates her practice in all aspects of intellectual property, specifically trademark, trade dress, copyright, unfair competition, cybersecurity and data breaches, right of privacy, right of publicity, domain names, counterfeiting, licensing, trade secret, and franchising law, as well as all areas of intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, and copyright. She is a member of the firm's Management Committee and a member of the firm's Board of Directors.

Patrick concentrates his practice on trademark and copyright issues, as well as other intellectual property matters. He has extensive experience in trademark clearance, investigation, prosecution, client counseling, and management of domestic and international trademark portfolios on behalf of clients of all sizes in a wide variety of industries.
