Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) is pleased to announce that Neal I. Sklar, Partner in the firm’s Miami offce and a Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Law specialist, has been named to the Board of Directors of the Latin Builders Association.
Of Cuban descent and bi-lingual in English and Spanish, Mr. Sklar’s practice is focused on the representation of general contractors,construction managers and infrastructure contractors in a variety of construction related matters. He provides counsel on state and federal government projects including transportation, commercial, heavy civil, social infrastructure, energy and multifamily residential projects along with Public-Private Partnership (P3) projects.
