ORLANDO — A Orlando motorist is suing another driver, alleging negligence caused a crash that injured the plaintiff.

Sara Dominicci filed a complaint Dec. 31 in Orange County Circuit Court against Joseph Regidor, alleging failure to operate his vehicle in a careful and prudent manner.

According to the complaint, on March 7, 2017, Dominicci was driving on John Young Parkway at its intersection with state Road 417 in Orlando when she was run into by a 2015 Infinity driven by Regidor. The suit says Dominicci sustained significant bodily injuries, resulting in pain and suffering, mental anguish, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, expenses of hospitalization, medical and nursing care and treatment and loss of the ability to earn money.

The plaintiff alleges Regidor negligently operated and maintained his Infinity so that it collided with a vehicle driven by the plaintiff.

Dominicci seeks trial by jury, damages of more than $15,000, including costs of this action and all other just and proper relief. She is represented by attorney Tiffany M. Faddis of Dan Newlin & Partners in Orlando.
