Orange County motorist alleges another driver's negligence caused crash

ORLANDO — An Orange County motorist is suing a Seminole County driver, alleging the defendant's negligence caused a vehicle crash that injured the plaintiff.

Natalie Guna Casiano filed a complaint Dec. 20 in Orange County Circuit Court against Samir Maher Mansour Shehata, alleging failure to operate a motor vehicle in a careful and prudent manner.

According to the complaint, on Oct. 14, 2017, Casiano was involved in a motor vehicle collision on state Road 15 in Orange County when Shehata's vehicle collided with her car. Casiano says she sustained bodily injuries, resulting in pain and suffering, disability, physical impairment and disfigurement, mental anguish, inconvenience, expenses for hospitalization, medical and nursing care and treatment and loss of earnings.

The plaintiff alleges Shehata rnegligently operated and/or maintained the motor vehicle so that it collided with Casiano's car.

Casiano seeks trial by jury, damages that exceed $15,000, interest, court costs, attorney fees and all proper relief. She is represented by attorney Ryan Christopher Rodems of Morgan & Morgan PA in Orlando.
