CLEARWATER — A Pinellas County marketing company is suing a Tennessee business customer, alleging breach of purchase agreements and unjust enrichment.

Diamond Media Solutions Inc. filed a complaint Dec. 19 in Pinellas County Circuit Court against Williams Marketing LLC, alleging the defendant defaulted on payment of more than $24,000.

According to the complaint, between Aug. 7-15, 2018, DMS and Williams Marketing entered into two purchase agreement wherein DMS agreed to provide certain mail marketing campaign services and products to the defendant in exchange for payment.

The suit says Diamond Media performed all obligations pursuant to the agreement but, despite issuing invoices reflecting the amounts owed, Williams Marketing still has payment due and owing.

The plaintiff alleges Williams Marketing has failed to pay the amount of $24,710 for the mail marketing campaign services and products that Diamond Media provided.

Diamond Media Solutions seeks trial by jury, damages of $24,710, plus prejudgment interest and costs. It is represented by attorneys Ian A. Parry and Raul Valles Jr. of Rocke, McLean & Sbar PA in Tampa.
