Orlando property owner alleges kitchen design tenant owes $31,000

ORLANDO — An Orlando property owner is suing a kitchen design business, alleging breach of a lease agreement and negligence.

MV Marvil LLC filed a complaint Dec. 11 in Orange County Circuit Court against Royal Kitchen Design of Orlando LLC and Jose M. Rodriguez, alleging they owe more than $31,000 after they defaulted on a lease agreement.

According to the complaint, MV Marvil entered in a lease agreement with the defendants to occupy rental space at 4360 36th St., Orlando. The suit says Royal Kitchen and Rodriguez breached the agreement by not paying monthly installments of $2,000 beginning July 2018 and onward, leading to monetary damages of $31,635. 

The plaintiff alleges Royal Kitchen Design of Orlando and Rodriguez have breached the lease agreement. 

MV Marvil seeks trial by jury, damages of $31,635, plus interest, court costs, attorney fees and all other just relief. It is represented by attorneys Carlos R. Arias and Laura M. Ballard of Arias Bosinger PLLC in Altamonte Springs.
