CLEARWATER — A successor in interest is suing Pauline M. Hill, a debtor, citing alleged breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

Cavalry SPV I LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 10 in the Pinellas Circuit Court against Hill, alleging that she failed to perform her contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that before the institution of this action, its predecessor, Citibank NA, provided provided goods, services or extended a loan to Hill. As of the filing of this complaints, the outstanding balance of $57,888.38 remains due and owing. The plaintiff holds Hill responsible because she allegedly retained the benefits of plaintiff's predecessor's services without fully paying the same.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages that exceeds $15,000, plus costs. It is represented by Jeffrey Kahn and Deryl Hunt of Hunt & Kahn PA in Margate.
