Largo motorist alleges another driver caused collision

CLEARWATER — A Largo motorist is suing a Pasco County driver, alleging negligence caused a crash that injured the plainitff.

Chetra Sy filed a complaint Nov. 26 in Pinellas County Circuit Court against Matthew Greco, alleging the defendant failed to operate his motor vehicle in a careful and safe manner.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 1, Sy was injured when Greco's 2015 Dodge 4D struck the plaintiff's vehicle at the intersection of U.S. Route 19 Service Road East and Harn Boulevard in Clearwater. The suit says Sy sustained serious and permanent injuries, resulting in pain and suffering, disability, diminution of earnings and medical expenses.

The plaintiff alleges Greco carelessly operated his Dodge, causing it to collide into Sy's automobile.

Sy seeks trial by jury, damages of more than $15,000, plus court costs and all other just relief. He is represented by attorney Calvin Robinson of The Robinson Law Group PLLC in St. Petersburg.
