ORLANDO — An Orlando homeowner is suing a licensed insurer, alleging breach of an insurance policy.

According to the complaint, on April 20, 2017, Jackson's dwelling at 13054 Carlsbad Pace, Orlando, sustained a covered loss due to water damage. At the time of the loss, the suit says, the GeoVera policy was in full force and effect for which Jackson seeks payment.
