Creditor alleges health care supply company owes $65,000

CLEARWATER — A creditor is suing a health care supply company, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

Bondtex Inc. filed a complaint Nov. 20 in Pinellas County Circuit Court against Maven Medical Manufacturing Inc., alleging failure to pay more than $65,000 for the plaintiff's goods and services.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 16, 2018, Bondtex provided goods and services to Maven Meeical on credit. As of the filing of this complaint, the suit says, the sum of $65,475.60 remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff alleges Maven Medical Manufacturing accepted the goods and services provided by Bondtex without fully paying the same.

Bondtex seeks trial by jury, damages for $65,475.60, plus interest and costs. It is represented by attorney Ravi Batta of Rosenfeld Stein Batta PA in Aventura.
