ORLANDO — An Orlando motorist is suing a Pensacola driver, alleging negligence caused a crash that injured the plaintiff.

Abdul Muni filed a complaint Nov. 19 in Orange County Circuit Court against None Susiana, alleging the defendant failed to operate a motor vehicle in a careful and prudent manner.

According to the complaint, on Nov. 2, 2017, Muni was injured in a motor vehicle accident near Casa Verde Road in Orange County when his car was run into by Susiana's 2015 Lexus. Muni says he sustained bodily injuries, resulting in pain and suffering, disability, mental anguish, medical expenses and loss of earnings.

The plaintiff alleges Susiana carelessly operated and or maintained the Lexus so as to cause a collision with the vehicle Muni was driving.

Muni seeks trial by jury, damages that exceed $15,000 exclusive of court costs and attorney fees. He is represented by attorney Jeremy Hill of The Pendas Law Firm in Orlando.
