ORLANDO — Two Orlando property owners are suing State Farm, alleging breach of an insurance policy.

Juan Jose Arocha and Francis Arocha filed a complaint Nov. 8 in Orange County Circuit Court against State Farm Florida Insurance Company, alleging failure to provide coverage under the terms of the insurance policy.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 16, the Arocha property at 3298 Amaca Circle, Orlando suffered a covered loss due to water damage and while the State Farm policy was in full force and effect. The plaintiffs allege State Farm Florida Insurance failed to adequately provide coverage for the plaintiffs' covered loss.

The Arochas seek trial by jury, damages of more than $15,000, exclusive of interest, courts costs and attorney fees. They are represented by attorney Alexandra Ramon of Ramon, Rodriguez & Blanco-Herrera LLP in Miami.
