Contract 08

CLEARWATER — A Pinellas County company is suing a radio station, alleging breach of contract.

F. Street Homes LLC filed a complaint Nov. 1 in Pinellas County Circuit Court against Polnet Communications LTD. Inc., alleging failure to comply with the commercial contract for the sale of real estate in Pinellas County.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 9, F. Street Homes and Polnet Communications entered into a commercial contract for the sale of real estate at 38th Avenue South in St. Petersburg. However, F. Street Homes alleges the defendant is repudiating the commercial contract despite the plaintiff's willingness to comply with terms of the contract.

F. Street Homes seeks trial by jury, judgment requiring the defendant to comply with the contract, plus costs of action and reasonable attorney fees. It is represented by attorney Gregory J. Orcutt of Tampa.
