Lake County motorist alleges another driver caused crash

ORLANDO — A Lake County motorist is suing another driver, alleging negligence driving caused a crash that injured the plaintiff.

John Johnson filed a complaint Oct. 24 in Orange County Circuit Court against Janeth Ramos, alleging failure to operate a vehicle in a safe manner.

According to the complaint, on June 5, 2017, Johnson was operating his motor vehicle traveling west on Western Way in Orange County when Ramos' caused her vehicle to collide with the plaintiff's car. 

As a result, Johnson says, he sustained bodily injuries, pain and suffering and medical expenses. 

The plaintiff alleges Ramos negligently operated and/or maintained her motor vehicle so that it collided with Johnson's car.

Johnson seeks trial by jury, damages in excess of $15,000, plus interest, court costs, attorney fees and all proper relief. He is represented by attorney Chad S. Lucas of Morgan & Morgan PA in Orlando.
