Linen rental company alleges seafood restaurant owes more than $26,000

ORLANDO — A linen rental company is suing a Fort Pierce seafood restaurant, alleging it owes more than $26,000 for breach of textile rental service agreement.

ALSCO Inc. filed a complaint Oct. 24 in Orange County Circuit Court against Chuck's Seafood Restaurant LLC, formerly known Chuck's Seafood Restaurant Inc., alleging default in payment.

According to the complaint, on March 28, 2015, Chuck's Seafood agreed to textile rental service agreement with the plaintiff. To date. the defendant owes ALSCO $24,842.87. 

The plaintiff alleges Chuck's Seafood Restaurant has failed to make payments when due.

ALSCO seeks trial by jury, judgment of $24,842.87, with interest, court costs and attorney fees of $1,500. It is represented by attorney William M. Lindeman of Orlando.
