Chartered financial institution alleges borrower owes $64,000

ORLANDO — A bank is suing a borrower, alleging breach of a promissory note.

Centerstate Bank NA filed a complaint Nov. 19 in Orange County Circuit Court against Pablo M. Munoz alleging he has defaulted under the terms of the note by more than $64,000.

According to the complaint, on June 29, 2016, Munoz executed and delivered to Centerstate Bank a promissory note in the principal sum of $98,055.92. To date, the suit says, the sum of $64,335.95 remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff alleges Munoz has failed to make payment when due since July 17.

Cetnerstate Bank seeks trial by jury, damages of $64,335.95, exclusive of attorney fees, interest and court costs and all other just and proper relief. It is represented by attorney Grey Squires-Binford of Killgore Pearlman Semanie Denius & Squires PA in Orlando.
