ORLANDO — Ocoee property buyers are suing a real estate company, alleging breach of purchase and sale agreement.

Samuel Alexis and Lusta Alexis filed a complaint Oct. 17 in Orange County Circuit Court against Pulte Home Corporation, alleging failure to disclose latent defects to the property.

According to the complaint, Samuel and Lusta Alexis engaged Pulte Home for the purchase of a home at 1650 Regal River Circle, Ocoee, for $293,190. After closing on the home, the suit says, the plaintiffs found serious latent defects in the property that caused them to sustain extensive costs associated with repairs and the loss of property value.

The plaintiffs allege Pulte Home failed to disclose the hidden and latent defects and problems with the home.

Samuel and Lusta Alexis seek trial by jury, damages of more than $15,000, exclusive of interest, court costs and attorney fees and all other appropriate relief. They are represented by attorney Rasheed Karim Allen of Orlando.
