Injured Florida motorist sues driver for negligence

ORLANDO — Candida Rolon Rodriguez filed a complaint on Sept. 12, in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County, against Aaron Virgilio alleging that he breached his duty of reasonable care while driving.

The plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 23, 2017, the defendant's vehicle collided with Rodriguez's car near the intersection of Narcoossee Road and Lee Vista Blvd. 

Plaintiff allegedly was injured, disabled and lost the capacity to enjoy life. Rodriguez allegedly had to have medical care and treatment. She claims to have had income loss. 

The plaintiff holds Aaron Virgilio responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to properly maintain the vehicle to ensure that it was in a reasonably safe driving condition.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant, for damages, costs and for  further relief as the court deems necessary. She is represented by Daniel P. Osterndorf of Pardy & Rodriguez PA in Orlando.
