Car accident 28

CLEARWATER — A condominium faces a lawsuit from a visitor.

Jeanne Falletta filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in Pinellas County Circuit Court against Madison Oaks II Condominium Association.

According to the complaint, on March 9, 2017, Falletta went to the defendant's premises when she tripped on a pothole and fell. As a result, Falletta claims she sustained physical injuries, mental anguish and expense of hospitalization.

The plaintiff holds Madison Oaks II Condominium Association responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to correct the dangerous condition of the potholes and erosions in and around the parking lot.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in an amount in excess of $15,000. She is represented by Darrell W. Kropog, Jr. of Morgan & Morgan, Tampa, PA in St. Petersburg.
