ORLANDO — A homeowner accuses an insurance company of wrongfully denying a property damage claim.

Arthur Nunes filed a complaint on Aug. 30 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against State Farm Florida Insurance Company.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff's property was damaged as a result of water damage. Subsequently, she made a claim for the benefits  due under the policy provided by the defendant. The plaintiff claims the company failed and refused to pay the covered losses.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all damages to which she is entitled. He is represented by Jordon V. Fosky of The Nation Law Firm LLP in Longwood.
