Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP today announced that Antoinette Theodossakos has joined the firm as counsel in the Labor & Employment Practice. Ms. Theodossakos is resident in the West Palm Beach, Florida office.
Ms. Theodossakos advises corporations, entrepreneurs and non-profit institutions on a broad range of labor and employment issues. Her experience includes matters involving employment termination, wage and hour disputes, sexual harassment, disability discrimination, family and medical leaves and investigations into allegations of racial and gender bias. She is experienced in litigating matters in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and before administrative agencies. In addition, Ms. Theodossakos has also handled many other types of commercial disputes, particularly those involving the food and beverage and financial services industries.
Ms. Theodossakos earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. She has a master’s degree and two bachelor’s degrees from Florida Atlantic University.
