Car accident 32

ORLANDO — Jonathan Beadle filed a complaint on Aug. 20, in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, against Patsy Kaufman alleging that the motorist caused a collision in Orange County that injured and disabled him.

The plaintiff alleges that, on June 14, 2017, he suffered injury, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, inconvenience, aggravation of an existing condition, medical expenses, loss of earnings, and loss of ability to lead and enjoy a normal life, as a result of the crash.

He is citing negligence of the defendant in the operation of a vehicle on State Road 50 near the southbound State Road 417 exit ramp in Orange County, Florida, so that it hit his motor vehicle.

The plaintiff holds Patsy Kaufman responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to safely operate a vehicle so as not to cause damage, and failed to maintain proper speed and distance between vehicles to avoid collision.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages against defendant, and other such relief deemed proper by the Court. He is represented by Joseph H. Shaughnessy of Morgan & Morgan PA in Orlando.
