ORLANDO — A motorist is suing another driver, alleging negligence driving injured the plaintiff.

Frederick Fowler filed a complaint Aug. 15 in Orange County Circuit Court against Elifas Wanderley alleging the defendant negligently operated and/or maintained the motor vehicle so that it collided with the plaintiff's car.

According to the complaint, on March 24, 2014, Fowler was driving his motor vehicle in Orlando, near the intersection of Silver Star and Hiawassee roads. The suit says his vehicle was struck by Wanderley's vehicle, causing a collision.

As a result, Fowler says he sustained bodily injury, suffered both physical and mental pain, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, aggravation of an existing condition and the expense of hospitalization.

The plaintiff alleges Wanderley failed to operate the vehicle in a lawful manner so as to keep other public motorists safe while using the public roadways.

Fowler seeks trial by jury, damages of more than $15,000 and all other proper relief. He is represented by attorney Gregory S. Stark of Todd K. Miner PA in Orlando.
