Subaru driver alleges another motorist caused crash

CLEARWATER — A Subaru driver is suing another motorist, alleging negligent driving caused injuries.

Jamie Adams filed a complaint Aug. 3 in Pinellas Circuit Court against Margaret Donna Gress alleging failure to operate vehicle in a safe manner so as not to cause a collision with theplaintiff's vehicle.

According to the complaint, on Aug. 16, 2017, while driving her Subaru Impreza on Roosevelt Boulevard North and the Interstate Highway 75 exit ramp in St. Petersburg, Adams was hit by Gress' Hyundai Tucson. 

Adams says she sustained bodily injuries, disability, mental anguish and medical- related expenses. 

The plaintiff alleges Gress negligently and carelessly operated, maintained or controlled the Hyundai so as to cause a collision with another vehicle.

Adams seeks trial by jury, damages for more than $15,000, plus costs and interest on all liquidated damages. She is represented by attorney Klodiana Hysenlika of Perenich, Caulfield, Avril & Noyes, PA in Clearwater.
