Lawsuits

CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County woman alleges she must replace wood flooring in her home because of the negligence of two companies.

Shelley Einbecker filed a complaint on July 5 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against CGT Wholesale Flooring LLC, doing business as Prosource of Tampa, and Bill's Floors LLC, doing business as Start 2 Finish Flooring, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she purchased certain wood flooring products from defendant Prosource, which was installed by defendant Start2Finish. As a result of defendants' negligence, the plaintiff alleges the wood was not of the same gloss finish and that Bill's Floors left glue on the wood that cannot be removed. She alleges she must replace the flooring.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages greater than $1,500 but not more than $15,000. She is represented by Michael B. O'Haire of Law Office of Michael B. O'Haire in Largo.
