ORLANDO — A Nevada man is suing an Orlando International Airport operator, alleging negligence led to injuries.

Steven Blado filed a complaint June 25 in Orange County Circuit Court against Flagship Facility Services Inc. alleging failure to provide a safe environment for its business invitees.

According to the complaint, on April 9, 2016, Blado was using a restroom at Orlando International Airport when he slipped and fell on water due to a toilet overflow. The suit says he sustained injuries, pain and suffering, disability, mental anguish, loss of enjoyment of life, loss of earnings and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff alleges Flagship Facility Services failed to use reasonable care in the maintenance and inspection of the restroom, and failed to warn invitee of the perils.

Blado seeks trial by jury, damages of more than $15,000, interest, costs and all further just relief. He is represented by attorney Ryan Christopher Rodems of Morgan & Morgan PA in Orlando.
