ORLANDO — Homeowners are suing KB Home Orlando LLC, a contractor, citing alleged breach of contract.
Nadia D. Soulouque, Widner Soulouque and Sonel Soulouque filed a complaint on June 25 in the Orange County Circuit Court against KB Home Orlando LLC alleging that the contractor failed to provide services that met professional standards of quality.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that Nadia D. Soulouque, Widner Soulouque and Sonel Soulouque have suffered damages to the exterior stucco, sheathing, interior walls, floors and/or other portions of their dwelling as a result of the negligence of the defendant in the performance of their duties in the construction of their home.
The plaintiffs hold KB Home Orlando LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly reduced the value of the home and/or required significant repairs and renovations to correct such defects and violations.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against defendant for damages, together with interest, costs and such other and further relief as the Court deems just. They are represented by Joshua E. Burnett of Burnett Law PA in Tampa.
