UVLrx Therapeutics alleged to owe more than $200,000 for goods

CLEARWATER – An Illinois company alleges an Oldsmar business has failed to pay for goods it ordered.

Molex LLC filed a complaint on June 21 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against UVLrx Therapeutics Inc. alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2016 and 2017, the defendant purchased products from it and was sent invoices.

However, after several demand letters, UVLrx allegedly has failed and refused to pay the total amount due.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks payment of $205,652.86 in principal sum with interest accruing pursuant to the amounts allowed under law. It is represented by Bradford D. Kimbro and Kendyl B. Tash of Holland & Knight LLP in Tampa.
