General contractor alleges Orlando property owners owe $56,000

ORLANDO — A Tampa construction business is suing Orlando property owners, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

Elements Restoration LLC filed a complaint June 12 in Orange County Circuit Court against James Fleming and Lona Fleming alleging they owe more than $56,000 failure to perform their contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, in October 2017, Elements provided labor, services, and/or materials for the remediation, repair and construction of the plaintiffs' property at 4872 Lighthouse Road, Orlando, for total costs of $56,052.27. 

The plaintiff alleges the Flemings, despite repeated demands for payments, have refused to pay Elements in full for the work performed.

Elements Restoration seeks trial by jury, judgment not less than $56,052.27, interest, attorney fees court costs, and all other just and proper relief. It is represented by attorneys Ty G. Thompson and Robert C, Graham of Mills Paskert Divers in Tampa.
