Orlando insulation business alleges general contractor owes $26,000

ORLANDO — An Orlando insulation business is suing a general contractor, alleging failure to pay more than $26,000 for purchased goods.

Builders Insulation of Florida LLC filed a complaint June 12 in Orange County Circuit Court against Terra Firma Construction Management Inc., alleging failure to perform its contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 20, 2014, Terra Firma agreed to purchase the plaintiff's insulation materials for $26,236. To date, the suit says, the full amount remains due and payable. 

Builders Insulation seeks trial by jury, judgment of $26,236, plus interest, court costs and all other just and proper relief. It is represented by attorneys Kenneth L. Minerley and Ashley Williams of Minerley Fein PA in Boca Raton.
