Electrical supplies distributor alleges solar energy company, guarantor owe $30,000

ORLANDO — A electrical supplies distributor is suing a solar energy company and guarantor, alleging breach of a credit agreement in failing to pay more than $30,000.

Rexel USA Inc., doing business as Gexpro, filed a complaint June 11 in Orange County Circuit Court against Sunergy Solar LLC, doing business as New World Solar Energy, and Terry Keeter, alleging failure perform their contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, between Feb. 20-May 3, 2018, Rexel sold and delivered goods to New World Solar Energy on credit. To date, the suit says, the defendant owes the plaintiff $30,158.41. 

Gexpro seeks trial by jury, judgment against the defendants of $30,158.41, plus interest, costs and attorney fees. They are represented by attorney Timothy R. Moorhead of Wright, Fulford, Moorhead & Brown PA in Altamonte Springs.
