ORLANDO — A customer is suing an Orlando bar/restaurant, alleging insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries.

Ronshell Johique Spencer filed a complaint May 31 in Orange County Circuit Court against Soaring Wings Orlando Kirkman Road LLC, doing business as Ker's Winghouse Bar & Grill, failure to take reasonable care in maintaining its premises in a safe condition.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 17, 2017, Spencer was a customer in Ker's Winghouse, 3789 South Kirkman Road, Orlando. Suddenly and without warning, the suit says, Spencer slipped with great force and violence due to a puddle of a liquid substance on the floor. As a result, Spencer says he sustained suffered bodily injuries, pain, disability, mental anguish and expense of hospitalization, medical and nursing care and treatment.

The plaintiff alleges Ker's Winghouse Bar & Grill failed to take reasonable care for the safety of its customers and visitors by negligently failing to maintain its premises free from hazardous conditions.

Spencer seeks trial by jury, damages exceeding $15,000, interest, court costs, attorney fees, and all other relief the court deems just and proper. She is represented by attorney Aaron Scicchitano of McBride, Scicchitano & Leacox, PA in Orlando.
