ORLANDO – An Altamonte Springs woman alleges she was injured at the Orange County Convention Center because of uneven pavement.

Stacey Jennings filed a complaint on May 25 in the Orange County Circuit Court against Orange County, Florida alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 17, 2016, she was lawfully on the convention center property operated by the defendant when she tripped on uneven pavement and fell, sustaining injuries in and about her body and extremities.

The plaintiff holds Orange County, Florida responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to adequately inspect and correct the uneven pavement and failed to warn plaintiff of the dangerous condition of its premises.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages of more than $15,000 plus interest and costs. She is represented by Chad S. Lucas of Morgan & Morgan PA in Orlando.
