ORLANDO – Owners of an Orlando property allege their insurer has refused to cover damages to their property in full.

Rosa Cintron and Martin Cintron filed a complaint on May 17 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Tower Hill Select Insurance Co. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Sept. 9, 2017, their property at 2762 Village Pine Terrace suffered damages while the policy was in full force and effect that they allege are covered by the policy.

The plaintiffs hold Tower Hill Select Insurance Co. responsible because the defendant allegedly breached the policy by failing and refusing to pay the full amount of coverage under the policy.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek damages of more than $15,000 exclusive of interest, attorneys’ fees, and costs and other such relief the court may deem just and proper. They are represented by Dean Makris and Matthew K. Mullinax of Makris & Mullinax PA in New Port Richey.
