ORLANDO — A Florida resident is suing Carla Anne Love, a motorist, citing alleged negligence.
Michael Winslow filed a complaint May 15 in the Orange Circuit Court against Love alleging that the motorist failed to exercise standard care and skill in the operation of a vehicle.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, impairment, disability, inconvenience, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, mental anguish, loss of earnings, and incurred medical expenses, as a result of the negligence of the defendant in operating a vehicle so that it collided with his motor vehicle.
The plaintiff holds Love responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay proper attention, negligently rear-ended the plaintiff’s vehicle and failed to operate her vehicle in a safe manner.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury; and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages in excess of $15,000, plus costs and pre-judgment interest, and further relief as the court deems just. He is represented by W. Andrew Rariden of Trial Pro PA in Orlando.
