CLEARWATER — The Tampa Bay Times is suing a Georgia corporation, citing alleging refusal to apply payments of more than $204,000 and unjust enrichment.

Times Publishing Company, doing business as Tampa Bay Times filed a complaint May 4 in Pinellas County Circuit Court against Inform Inc., alleging failure to pay the agreed amount of a business transaction.

According to the complaint, in 2017, the Tampa Bay Times had business transactions with Inform, within which an amount was agreed to be paid under the contract.
