ORLANDO — A Seminole County woman is suing an Orange County property owner, alleging negligence led to injuries for the plaintiff.

Tiffany Mansell filed a complaint April 30 in Orange County Circuit Court against 345 West Fairbanks LLC, alleging that the property owner failed to maintain its premises in a safe condition.

According to the complaint, on July 24, 2016, Mansell was lawfully at the 3245 W. Fairbanks Ave., Winter Park property owned by the defendant. The suit says Mansell tripped and injured herself in a hole in the paved area as she was walking toward her parked vehicle.

Mansell says she sustained injury in and about her body and extremities, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, scarring, loss of the capacity for the enjoyment of life, medical expenses, loss of earnings and aggravation of a previous existing condition.

The plaintiff alleges 345 West Fairbanks failed to adequately maintain and inspect the paved area, failed to warn Mansell of the danger of the defective paved area, and failed to correct the unreasonably dangerous condition on its premises.

Mansell seeks trial by jury, judgment in excess of $15,000, plus interest and court costs. She is represented by attorney Mario Romero of Morgan & Morgan PA in Kissimmee.
