Largo motorist alleges another driver caused crash

Car accident 31

CLEARWATER — A Largo motorist is suing another driver, alleging reckless conduct.

Brittney Orasi filed a complaint April 30 in Pinellas County Circuit Court against William H. Brock, alleging failure to exercise reasonable care while driving a vehicle.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 31, 2016, Orsaid was driving her 2009 Hyundai on Ulmerton Road near Seminole Boulevard in Pinellas County. The suit says Brock crashed his 2006 Chrysler Town and County directly into Orasi's car. As a result, Orsai says, she sustained substantial injuries, significant loss of important bodily functions, pain and suffering, mental anguish, aggravated pre-existing conditions and incurred medical and health care expenses.

The plaintiff alleges Brock failed to exercise reasonable care in the operation of the motor vehicle, endangering the lives of other motorists.

Orsai seeks trial by jury, compensatory damages in excess of $15,000, exclusive of interests, court costs, attorney fees and all further relief the court deems just and proper. She is represented by attorney Chelsie M. Lamie of Personal Injury Law Office of Chelsie M. Lamie, PA in Safety Harbor.
