ORLANDO — An Orlando homeowner is suing a two construction companies, alleging breach of contract and negligence.

Brande L. Guevara filed a complaint April 25 in the Orange County Circuit Court against Beaulieu Builders LLC and Florala LLC, alleging they failed to provide services that met professional standards of quality.

According to the complaint, in May 2015, after Guevara acquired the property at 1625 Cloverlawn Ave., Orlando, she discovered latent defects and deficiencies in the construction of the property as a result of the the defendants' negligence, most notably the defective installation of the air conditioning system.
